Position Summary: As an Online Teacher at Kophen Online School, you will be responsible for delivering lessons remotely to students. You will create and implement educational content, engage students in interactive learning experiences, and assess their progress. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, technologically proficient, and capable of creating a positive and inclusive online learning atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Lesson Delivery: Deliver online lessons to students according to the curriculum and lesson plans provided.
Content Creation: Develop and customize educational materials, resources, and activities to enhance the learning experience.
Engagement: Foster a supportive and interactive online classroom environment, encouraging student participation and discussion.
Assessment: Assess student performance and provide feedback on assignments and assessments promptly.
Communication: Maintain clear communication with students and parents as needed, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
Technology: Be proficient in using online teaching platforms, tools, and software to facilitate effective teaching and learning.
Professional Development: Stay updated with online teaching best practices and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field.
Teaching certification is preferred.
Previous experience in online teaching or having worked as a teacher in Afghanistan context is an advantage.
Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and tools.
Proficiency in Dari and Pashto languages.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and flexibility in an evolving online learning environment.
Commitment to providing quality education and fostering a positive learning experience.

Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, English, and knowledge of French is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Create engaging and informative content for Kophen Association and Online School social media platforms, including text, images, and videos.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase online presence, engagement, and awareness.
Community Engagement: Interact with our online community, respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Student Enrollment Support: Assist prospective students who reach out through social media, providing information about the Online School project, enrollment procedures, and answering their queries.
Multilingual Proficiency: Utilize proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English to ensure effective communication with our diverse audience. Knowledge of French is an advantage.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Content Calendar: Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English languages; knowledge of French is an advantage.

Student Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including enrolment data, progress reports, and attendance records.
Communication: Act as a liaison between students, teachers, and project management, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
Scheduling and Coordination: Organize and coordinate online classes, exams, and events, ensuring timely communication and participation.
Resource Management: Assist in the procurement and distribution of educational materials, ensuring students have access to necessary resources.
